Do you really need more sales?

This was the view from my window on holiday last year. 

We all need time to stand back, chill out and not think about the day job - and that's often the time we see things with more clarity. 

Sometimes when people come to us and say that they need more business that's the last thing they need! Sometimes they simply need to be more profitable, which is about using current resource in a smarter way. Sometimes there are activities happening within the business which are sabotaging the good work of the sales team. Sometimes it's as simple as setting realistic targets. 

By having an experienced partner who can stand alongside the Managing Director yet stand back from the day-to-day pressures, a business can thrive. By doing what is needed to identify and unblock the sales process, everyone feels better - leading to better internal collaboration, improved customer service and better sales results.
