The planning stage is designed to take as little as 4 to 6 weeks, however in our experience it typically takes up to 3 months due to our clients’ schedules and to fit in with planned board / team meetings.
The implementation stage typically takes up to 9 months (3 x 90-days). This second stage is more usually 1-2-1 moving into ‘sounding board’ when our clients are ready.
The sounding board stage is usually until you employ a Marketing Director, although some clients retain Su as a Non-Executive Director. (NED).

Su also has a black book of service providers and connections across other disciplines – such as funding, finance, HR, sales, etc. Within the black book are connections who specialise in sectors such as technology, space, life sciences, robotics and manufacturing.
