Hello, I’m Su, Fractional CMO and CEO of Priddey Marketing.
I set up Priddey Marketing to help time-poor MDs, CEOs and Founders decide what marketing they should invest in — and what they can afford to ignore.
I’ve created frameworks, ditched the jargon, and uncovered practical tools that help my clients get results faster and with more confidence. Right now, the buzz is all about generative AI — I’m curious (and pragmatic) about how we can genuinely use these tools to our advantage.

With an unusual blend of experience across both marketing and sales, I stay laser-focused on commercial outcomes — and I flex delivery based on what’s needed at each stage of growth.

That said, if you’re looking for someone to always agree with you… we might not be the right fit. I’ll challenge where it’s needed — respectfully, of course — and always with your goals in mind.
We’re also probably not going to get on if we can’t share the odd joke. I take the work seriously, but never myself. 😊
What motivates me?
I care about who I work with. I’m most energised by leaders who treat others well and care about the impact they have – whether it’s on their team, community or the planet.
Over the years, I’ve provided hundreds of hours of pro bono support to the Federation of Small Businesses, Thames Valley Chamber of Commerce and through mentoring, introductions and general local ecosystem support.
Since 2021, I’ve been a contracted adviser for Enterprise Oxfordshire (OxLEP) and more recently Berkshire Growth Hub.

Why I specialise in *STEM?
Despite an arts academic background, I’ve spent the past 20+ years working in technical sectors. I married a scientist, and I’ve always been drawn to complex ideas that need better stories.
I feel at home working with technologists. If I can explain your innovation clearly to someone outside your field, we’ve cracked your marketing message.
