With Paul’s usual insightful questioning, I focus on context, definition and observations about how AI is being used in marketing, while Max and Liv bring specific examples in relation to their own businesses.
For example – we should more properly talk about AI productivity tools rather than AI – and most people mean platforms like ChatGPT or chatbots when they talk about AI.
